The process to get your dream dress
At Couture Eye, satisfaction of our clients is our number one priority. We are committed to giving you a unique and trouble-free experience
1.
Getting in touch with us :
To get started, contact us on Instagram, Whatsapp or by the contact form.
Specify your wedding date, your budget and the type of dress you’d like.
2.
Choice of the model & Customisation
Together, we will choose the design for the dress based on photos or drawings that you can provide.
You can personalise the dress by changing details such as the fabric, lace, sleeves, silhouette, etc.
Your imagination is the only limit !
3.
Quote and deposit
We will then provide you with a quotation based on your specification.
Once the quote has been validated, we require a deposit of 50% of the total amount to start the tailoring process.
We will then send you a contract for signature.
Payment of the balance will be required just before the shipment of the dress, once you have validated the final video of the dress.
4.
Taking your measurements
We’ll send you an explanatory video to guide you through taking your measurements correctly.
An explanatory drawing will also be included for a clearer understanding. If you need further help, we would gladly organize an online meeting to help you.
5.
Follow-up and support
We will inform you about the advancement during all the steps of the tailoring process.
The duration of the process is usually between 1 or 2 months depending of the dress model.
Our support is here to respond to all your answer at anytime in 3 languages : french, english or turkish.
6.
Delivery
After your validation of the final pictures and videos of the dress, we will send it with our DHL partner (7-10 days by truck or 1-2 days by air)
An infinite choice of laces and fabrics
You will have the opportunity to choose laces and fabrics from a large selection. With our partners, we can find together the most suitable fabrics and laces for your dress.
Follow-up & Support :
To create the dress of your dreams, we’ll stay in touch throughout the process.
The duration of the process is usually of 1 month.
Our support will be here to respond to all your answer at anytime in 3 languages : french, english or turkish.
Before sewing the dress, we’ll show you a preview of the bustier and other key elements, so you can make adjustments if necessary.
You’ll receive a full video of the dress before the shipment, eliminating any surprises on receipt.
